What we collect
Through this marketing site, we collect what you submit in the demo request form: your name, firm name, email, phone, the service lines you are interested in, what tools you use today, and any message you write. We do not use tracking pixels or ad network scripts on this site.
What Wakiil the product collects
The Wakiil application, once you are a customer, holds client and matter records your firm enters, including documents your clients upload through the portal. That data belongs to your firm. Sensitive fields, such as Social Security numbers and ITINs, are encrypted at rest, and access is logged.
How we use it
We use demo request information to schedule and follow up on a demo, and to understand who is interested in Wakiil. We do not sell contact information to third parties.
Data processing addendum
Firms that store client data in Wakiil, including tax and immigration case data, will be offered a data processing addendum covering how that data is handled and by whom. That addendum is in preparation and is not yet signed or in force for any customer. If you need details on data handling before it is published, contact us at the address below.
